CashCrafter.Com - The Power of Cash Gifting
About Cash Gifting

In these trying, difficult times, cash gifting can change your life and transform the lives of others.  We all need support at one time or another in our lives and cash gifting is a great way to provide support to others and build your own wealth.  Providing a cash gift could help someone avoid foreclosure, get out of debt or just provide the daily essentials for their family.

Cash gifting is by far the fastest, easiest, and most ethical way to receive money and can also provide blessings for the giver (Luke 6:38). Giving private cash gifts to one another is an expression of kindness which has been going on for centuries.  Governments have allowed its practice for individuals to share their wealth with families, friends and others.  It has been a means of helping and blessing others when the need arises.

Many cultures gift as a matter of course. Asian, Jewish and South American communities gift individuals within their culture on a regular basis so that they may start a business or buy a home. They in turn gift someone else to help enhance their lives. Habitat for Humanity is a great example of private gifting.  Everyone participates with their time, their talents and materials to build a home for someone else. Some participate with a hammer, some with nails, some with food and others with the monetary gifts to purchase the supplies, but all create a team that works together to bless someone's life.  Other examples of private and cash gifting are the United Way, the Salvation Army, church benevolence funds and the Omish community.

The concept of private gifting is based upon the fact that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets, and are subject to the rules and regulations established by the laws.  The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511. The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $13,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid.

So, giving a gift of cash to someone, be it a friend, family member or even a stranger is legal according to IRS code.  If you do your research online, you're going to see there is nothing to be found of accurate substance that indicates that cash gifting is illegal.

Now, that being said, it's important to note that not all Cash Gifting programs may be legal in their structure. Certainly there are some that may not be.  Unfortunately, there are still some "old school" Cash Gifting programs out there (mostly offline) that weren't structured properly in order to sustain their efforts for any considerable length of time, and some of them  use an illegal pyramid type of structure.  You may have heared about some hotel meetings that were being held a good while back, which gave Cash Gifting a bad reputation.  Most all of those type of offline programs were closed by the government because of their inherent illegal pyramid structure.

However, in recent years, things have changed for the better and more and more people are benefiting through the use of properly structured gifting programs, such as The People's Program, than with any other program or home based business opportunity out there.

The People's Program is not a company, just a private sharing club that is enhancing the lives of others.  It has zero sales quotas, it does not sell positions and it does not have an ever-widening base to the structure (Pyramid), which just keeps going and going.   In a pyramid, only those at the top profit while those at the bottom never reach the top.  In a pyramid, people can and have lost their money.

Everyone in The People's Program gives the same gifts, works together in a team and receives the same gifts.  The excellent back office system you get with your free website amazingly tracks every gift, and "cheating" is just not possible.

The People's Program gives everyone a "level playing field" with equal opportunity to receive unlimited cash gifts.
